Shipping policy

Items take 3-5 days to produce on average.

We use Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS to ship our items. Once an item ships, it typically takes 4-8 days to arrive at its destination, depending on location, weather, and other factors.

 

If an item is lost in the mail, that is, 10 business days of no movement on the tracking page, and has no arrived, we will reship a new on at no cost to the customer.
